ingrown pubic hair?

i recently tidied myself up down there, and i accidently cut over some small almost bite looking lumps whilst shaving.
now ive noticed that i have little bumps and what looks like ingrown hair coming back.
how do i get rid of it?

These/ this may not be ingrown hairs. If you do not "tidy" yourself regularly, the skin and more specifically the follicles will become enflamed and look like red bumps- these will go away naturally but there are lotions and oils (and better razors) which help aid in this. If it is an ingrown hair, pit some antibacterial cream on it if the skin isn't too sensitive- otherwise simply keep I well washed. Try not to pop it if it becomes pus filled- though you may have to eventually.

It will naturally go away but it may be sensitive for a while.
