Where can I find this...?

There's an anime called Togainu no Chi, but the site I'm watching it on takes almost a full hour to load only 20 minutes, so I was wondering if there are any sites out there that load it faster and better? With English subtitles too...

Youtube.com all they way! It has a billion of videos ranging from anything and everything. It only takes a few seconds/minutes to load. Just type in the search box which episode you wish to see and put "with english subtitles" right after to find it.
