DONT except that, unless you really love her & you KNOW she really loves you in that case you confront her & forgive her, but do this in person, but if thats not the case, just move on , you wont know her 5 years from now :)

Even if you love her, forgive her and take her back, chances are she's going to repeat her actions. She obviously doesn't have the same feelings toward you, as you do her. If she did, she wouldn't have cheated. I'm afraid it's time to move on and let her be someone else problem. I hope this helps and good luck.
