Where can I download borders and sound effects for Sony Vegas Pro 9?
Where can I get some metallic looking borders to put around a video? Like, you know how on those wrestling shows like WWE they go into replay for a moment by showing a small video on the side and it's bordered by a metallic design. Where can I get a design like that? Also, where can I get sound effects that can go with the design? Something like a mechanical moving noise.

I searched for some time on the idea that there was a place you could just go and download Sony Vegas borders... and I can't find anyplace that has more than one or two, and none like what you are asking for at all.
Here is what I did find: It is really easy to do your own borders. Not only that, but there are a fist full of easy to follow Sony Vegas tutorials and help videos on YouTube.
As for that mechanical sound effect, I think I found the perfect one:

Look for the one called "mechanical_1.wav" and see if that is what you were thinking.
Also, I found a bunch of neat effects on this site full of royalty free sound effects:
