missunderstood, trust, emotional, mental health addiction

31/F ptsd borderline pers, bipolar subst abuse trust abandonment mania agoraphobia panick anxiety hypertension rigors my bf/43 military vet with PTSD anger/paranoria i feel like ill die witout him or he cant manage without me, n i want/seek andresearch friends n therapy counsel advice coping how do we make one another understand our point communicate better be honest n stop fighting,bein devensive and finding ourselves happiness trust respect guilt please jus tell me how we stop crazy drama pain fear hopelessness n change our life in good ways

your boyfriend has access to a lot of resources, namely, the department of veteran's affairs. go to www.va.gov, you can get all kinds of help from the VA. though bear in mind, there may be a waiting list, as there are a lot of vets that need the same kind of help right now, including me. relationship counselling is among the services provided.
