While your body is still developing your period will be irregular up until about 16-18 your body will start to slow down on the growing up part and your period will begin to follow a normal pattern through out life. When i first started my period it was for 10 days! But it was light. And i've been quite light since but now and then it will be heavy. The bloodflow of your period could possible just take on the same flow from when you first started and possibly get lighter as you get more periods. But if it is too heavy and your struggling with it and having problems talk to your gp and they can help you out :) Hope this helps!!xx [ AskSinz's advice column | Ask AskSinz A Question ]
