File Edit View History Bookmarks...bar disappears

From time to time this bar vanishes from the top of my screen. How do I get it back?

Right click on one of the other toolbars and place a check mark next to "menu bar."

That should do it. Some web pages will disable certain toolbars for display purposes. As soon as you leave that site, the toolbar should return.

Also, make sure you go to:

View > Toolbars

... and make sure that "Lock the Toolbars" is checked.
