older boyfriend vs. my parents

how can i convince my parents to be okay with the fact that i want to be with a 22 year old? they would not like the idea of it at all im seventeen i dont know how i can convince them to at least be okay with it. i havent said anything about this to them yet.

The only way to even start to get their approval is for them to meet him. If you want to date him, set up a meeting with your parents first. That will go a long way to showing them that you are mature. If he won't meet your parents, that's a red flag and you shouldn't be with him.
