THe answer depends on the guy, I know guys who don't like to do it because it puts off sex/their pleasure. However most men (me included) really do enjoy seeing their partners receive pleasure it's great foreplay so at the end of it, don't worry about it they'll let you know.

It depends on the guy. Some genuinely enjoy doing it and it turns them on. Others get turned on by the fact that they're giving a girl pleasure. And yes, some do just do it to make us happy, just like plenty of girls do the same for them.
