hacker on my hotmail account

I have a hotmail account and a hacker as gotton on my account and sending out e-mails asking of money in my name.Now on my account I`am locked out and can`t get or send e-mails. I have a antique business and need my web-site and e-mail to get and place orders would some one there help me? username is jimmyprimitives@hotmail.com
