I grew up with pin straight hair until puberty and then it went really really curly. I used to straighten it a lot when I was in high school but stopped the everyday straightening about three years ago. I now straighten it like once a week when I go out with friends. I wear my hair curly during the week using moose and hair spray (not a lot just a bit so the curls aren't crunchy). I literally wake up, put my head in the shower, add a little product and walk out the door, that's how easy it is to curl my hair. Recently, the curls aren't holding. I didn't change shampoos/conditioners or styling products. Half my hair goes straight and the other half is a little curly (but no where near where it was before). Is there any reason why my hair is acting like this? It's not damaged I get the dead ends cut off every few months I just don't understand how it could be so easy to curl one day and now I can't even get half the curls I used to.
1. shampoo only twice or 3 times a week
(curly hair is already dry and if you shampoo it everyday it makes it more dry)
2.Condition everyday
3.after getting out of the shower towel dry hair for only around 3 min.
4. put your usual product that work best for you
5. MOST IMPORTANT STEP
**BUY A DIFFUSER**
this is how it looks if you havent seen one
