phone won't work

hi i have a lg neon and today i opened my backpack and it was off i turned the phone over and the battery what coming out, so i put it back in and turned it on. since i have a lg neon i have to put in a pass code. and when my phone is on vibrate it vibrates when i touch the numbers but it wouldn't even let me put my pass code. i have tried charging my phone and it didn't work. i turned it off and took the battery out for a while and it still won't work. what should i do? oh and i have at&t. if that helps. thanks.

Call AT&T and get their technical support on the phone. Explain what's happening and they will walk you through what to do. That's your best option.
