how do i get out of this hole?
in 2007 my husband was sot and killed in front of my 3boys in that same year my mother lost her life on my birthday in one year ive lost everything my childeren , my life. i think of offing myself daily. the aunt that has my boys refuse to even let them see me. im alone an scared i need advice on how to dig myself out of this hole before its to late

the aunt just doesn't want to let you see the boys because she probabaly just thinks that you're unstable i understand this is really tough on you because you've been through a lot maybe you should take someone else to this aunt and let them speak to her and make her understand how hard it is for you but i personally think that you should sought legal advice about this because it could impact your life dramatically and interfere with your mental wellbeing in the meantime try to find ways to occupy yourself just remember that this is not your fault and i'm sure everything will work out for the best
