what to wear to a hockey game.

so i'm going to see my crush in a couple weeks. he plays hockey so we're going to watch him play and then hang out with him after. i just don't know what to wear tho! obviously i want to look cute for him :) i'm not a fan of sweatshirts. if you were to "label" me i'd say i'm a preppy girl. i don't wear skinny jeans even though their in, i don't wear leggings or anything. i usually shop at places like the buckle and express. any idea of what i could wear? i don't want to get too dressed up because i mean it is a hockey game but i still wanna look real good!
also he has two games, on one friday and one on saturday. i was thinking, maybe i could wear one of his sweatshirts or jacket or something from his new team he's playing for on saturday and friday i can look cute haha. i just hate asking people to wear their stuff though. and if he said no, i'd be a bit embarassed. i want to "represent" him though at the game. what do you think i should do?
