for some reason i'm having trouble holding my pee in and sometimes i just end up peeing my pants. and i'm 20/f. could this be symptomatic of something else?

You might have an issue with your bladder. My mom had the same symptom and she ended up needing surgery because her bladder had fallen out of place. I think in her case it had something to do with childbirth, but I feel like that wouldn't be the case at your age. Either way you should definitely see your doctor and get this checked out. You can also run a google search and try to self-diagnose, but a doctor is your best bet.
