I played volleyball today.
My right arm hurts. I think it has something to do with muscles and stuff, because my elbow hurts when I do sudden straight movements with it.
It got better, but now I realized that when I straighten it, it hurts in the.. Inner elbow? I’m not sure what it’s called. I think this was because I used too much arm muscle when I tried to overhand serve it and then I accidently missed it.
And then now, I realized when I curl it (No clue what it’s called when you bend it toward you) really hard toward me, then it hurts too. Ahhh .
Does anyone know what happened to my arm ?
It's not bruised or anything.
Additional info, added Tuesday October 5 2010, 10:52 pm: Whoops. Lemme reword that. There's two different types of pain. One is the sharp movement one (probably from overhand serving and missing because I used too much "arm"), and the other is from curling it and straightening it. . It goes away after awhile. Just rest that arm for awhile. If it continues hurting for more than a week, then there might be concern. [ xoxonicole's advice column | Ask xoxonicole A Question ]
