how to get through this problem I have

If youve been cheated on in the past how does one heal from it? How do you move on in another relationship without thinking this person is doing it too? I dont want councling to expensive I wanna see if i can do this on my own and be able to trust again since my EX husband F***ED my head up. Thanks

It is really hard to get yourself over this and to be able to trust people again. The way i look at it is not everyone is cheaters. Not everyone is going to hurt you. and if they do, its another lesson learned and you move on. It is a lot harder than it sounds but if you keep telling yourself this you'll be okay soon(: keep your head up. Not everyone is like your ex husband. You will find someone who treats your right and deserves you!
