Question Posted Thursday September 30 2010, 8:59 pm
the first day of my period i cant keep any food down and i get a slight fever and i have super had cramps. why is this and what can i go to help? i am 21 and fairly healthy. i just want to be able to eat the first day without having to run to the toilet several times. any help?
Have you tried taking ant-acids such as Ranitidine, Graval etc. etc. when you feel nauseated to coat your stomach and prevent vomit from happening and allow somewhat normal eating and drinking? That may help in a bind but won't solve your long term issues. That's about all I can offer on nausea, cramps and throwing up. [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]
