i have a frind that been trying to poop for over a week and when she trys it bright red bood.and no poop do u have any idea what it might be

This could be from something rupturing inside since all there is coming out is bright red colored blood. The blood is fresh, meaning something is bleeding right now.
She needs to go straight to the ER (emergency room) at the local hospital. If she waits, she can die. I, personally, know someone who died from bleeding of the rectum. This is a very serious problem.
Encourage her to seek help immediately. Constipation coupled with blood leakage is a serious, serious sign of damaged parts inside. She needs help.
