Question Posted Tuesday September 21 2010, 6:46 pm
My period is normally very regular. Every 28 days for 7 days. Last time i had it, i got it right on time, same as normal. . Well, i ended up getting it the other day, which was the 16th day. It was very light the first 3 days, almost not even there, and now its more "normal". But i haven't changed my exercise or eating habits, i don't know whats wrong. Should i see a doctor? Whats going on!? Thanks :)

If you haven't been having a cycle long or are young then it could change, when you are young it tends to change a few times. Another thing could be stress, if you are feeling extra stressed then it could also change the timining.
If you are feeling uncomfortable about it or would like some more information then definatly go to the doctor. You can never have too much information. Also if you are not on birth control then that could help make you regular.
