Either something on both of your mouths triggered something to appear in the genitalia areas, or its just coincidence. I'm leaning towards the 1st one.
This doesn't mean your dirty. Lots of people don't know they have bacteria that can spread when you do that type of stuff. I am sure there is over the counter perscriptions you can get to cure it, or simply, wait it out.
