in need of some help
a few days ago i hit a ladies car and got 2 tickets. i just want to know if i could get my license suspended. heres what happened. i am 17 and live in virginia beach. i went to change lanes and there was a lady in my blinspot whos car i scratched, she called the police and i got a ticket for unsafe lane change, and for having 3 other people in the car. i was very cooperative with the officer and even told him that the people in the back with me had been drinking since he said he smelled alcohol. i was sober, but do you think i will get my license taken or suspended? thankss!

It depends on a few factors was the other people minors that where drinking .and do you have insurance ? If you have insurance and you pay the ticket or fine than you should be alright .I sugest yo take defencive driving .it will show the judge you are a responsable person .and he should be leneant on you provideing that you don't have any other violations on your record hope this helps
