how do i ask him to hangout as friends?
so i really like this guy and we've hung out twice and hooked up (made out) both times and we seemed really into each other and stuff. he just randomly stopped texting me and his brother told me that its because his last girlfriend was crazy and it freaked him out so he didn't want things getting too serious. i still want to hangout with him though and get to know him better but i don't want to freak him out so i thought maybe we could hangout with friends or something. what should i ask him?

You can try to ask him to hang out for something that's casual. Like maybe get together at a sporting event or hang out at the mall. I think if it's something that's fun and maybe in a public place, he won't have to worry so much about things getting super serious so fast. You can also ask him to hang out with you and a group of friends. Try to respect his wishes and don't come on too hard.
