Question Posted Friday September 3 2010, 5:50 pm

Back in March I dyed my hair red for some reason and then a couple months later I dyed it back to brown but there's still the red tint. Would I be able to dye my hair black without it turning orange or something? Because I wanted to dye it black and add blonde peek a boo highlights but I'll do the highlights with bleach. Thanks.

I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure you could make any hair color work by getting it professionally colored at a salon. They know what they're doing.

I tried to help. Sorry if it wasn't what you were looking for.
Best wishes!

~Alex~ :]
