Question Posted Wednesday August 11 2010, 4:36 pm

I need some help with my face. I have acne, not a lot like most people. Just a little here and there, nothing too noticable. But it still bothers me. I would like to know if there are any home procedures that could be done to clear up my skin fast. Like I said, its not that bad, but its annoying. Im also broke, so I cant afford any skin creams, so dont suggest that. Thank you!

you should try to stay away from nuts. they cause serious acne problems. Other than that, you should keep your skin oil and dirt free. you could just use ordinary facial cleanser everyday and could even cut slices of cucumber and place it on your eyes.
but the best traditional remedy for acne problem is to cover them up with saliva. just a little amount is needed and it really helps. plus, it doesn't cost you anything!

There are a few things you should be doing, one of them is washing your face daily. In the morning and at night.

Also, the foods you eat might contribute to the acne. If you eat spicy foods, you're most likely to break out, so stay away from those. Foods high in sugar produce the same effect.

Olive oil is great for your skin, believe it or not.
So are lemons. Some people take a lemon, squeeze the juice over a soft sponge and rub it on their faces and it produces a smooth clean feeling.

Toothpaste, like the other person suggested, does exactly what it does to your teeth...removes a layer that is on top. So if you want to remove a part of your skin, you can try that lol.

Hope this helped :)

Two things that I do when I have a bit of acne is I put toothpaste onto the main spots. It drys them out and gets rid of them. Also, try using a scrubbie with soap on it for your face. You can get one for a dollar at walmart,it's sort of like a loofah except much smaller and thinner. Just gently massage the problem spots. It may take a couple of days but these both help a lot. Hope I helped!
