Other than pleasuring your boyfriend, I'm assuming you want things to pleasure yourself. If you are wearing a pad, dry humping is probably the safest bet. If you are wearing a tampon, you can do the same, or you can have your boyfriend rub your clitoris if he feels comfortable in that situation. Also, don't do anything too rowdy if you're in pain, otherwise it won't be satisfying.
