Shark Week Question: sharks and blood

Question Posted Thursday August 5 2010, 11:17 am

i've been watching shark week and i saw on there that to attract a shark you have to have an open wound and the shark smells the blood. i was wondering if you were swimming, and started your period, could it attract a shark?
