old bestfriend vs. new?

Question Posted Sunday August 1 2010, 7:39 pm

the title really doesnt explain my problem, but its the closest thing to it that i could think of.

so after 8th grade last year, (im going to be a sophomore) i switched high schools, along with many other friends of mine. but, one of my bestfriends, stayed. now, we have been bestfriends since 5th grade, and we used to hangout every weekend. now that we are going into our second year of being at different schools, i feel like things are changing and we arent hanging out as much. maybe its because shes spending time with her sister thats going to college in the fall? i dont know, but thats really not my issue. we are making a plan to hangout, but im just scared that it will be awkward when we do hangout since we havent seen eachother since her birthday in june. tell me your thoughts.

I don't think so. If she has been your friend for that long, yall will always have somthing in common. It might start off slow, but trust me it will feel like old times. I'm going to be a sophmore to,(out of my friends ithe only one that goes to a different school)and me n my friends hangout less. But when ever we get to gether its like old times.
