Speed up my period?

Is there anyway that I can speed up my period? So that the end of it comes sooner?

use tampons!! they absorb alot of blood on your insides. it always seems to speed mine up 2 or 3 days early.

haha if you find out let me know. but really if you take a certain birth control you can have a period that lasts up to 3 days or one period every three months. but regular birth controls should have your period last up to 5 days.
