how do i know when my boyfriend gets turned on?

It was 4th of july and me and my bf were talking about doing the dirty nd he told me he didnt get turned on easily. But, then again we were making out o the bed and i felt his ya on my ya and it was hard does that mean............

yes, of course it means he's turned on. When the brain starts to think "oh yes...im getting some" blood suddenly rushes to the penis (hence an erection of the penis) so that he can be ready. so yes, he was turned on :)
