I get bumps when I shave down there!

im a girl and whenever i shave down there i always get bumps and my hair doesnt get shaved all the way so it still feels scratchy.

is this normal? what kind of razor should i use to prevent this and what kind of technique?

yes this happens to everyone, even if you do use shaving cream. well you could shave it, and then tweeze it, so it will be smooth. you can use any kind of razor, just using shaving cream for the best results, than tweeze afterwards. and after you shave it is natural to be itchy down their. so its fine.
