I have been IN LOVE with a guy I've known since sixth grade. Every day people would say how great we were together, how we're perfect, and all these other things. I knew for a fact that he liked me since "the day we met". Those were his words, exactly. It has been almost seven years, and he always chickened out at asking me out, but then, this year it got weird. I finally got the guts up and asked him to Sadie's. However, I had forgotten that he told me he was going on a family trip that weekend, and he actually was. Everyone knew we like each other, but at the beginning of this year,my best friend asked him out. I've known her as long as I've known him, but they met three years ago. However, he still hugs me longer, and he still sits next to me, and other little things everyone still notices. They've been together for over a month, and they still haven't kissed. I guess, I just want to know what to do along the lines of trusting my best friend for going out with the guy she knows I like, and what to think of him about everything.
