I'm not sure where she got it, but it looks easy enough to make if you don't mind a little sewing! Just cut the sleeves off of a fitted shirt, cut the straps and collar the way you want them to look, then just sew a pocket made from the sleeves onto the breast area. You may want to try it on as you go to make sure that you're pinning and sewing things right!

I'm not sure if that will help you or not, but I love to make my own shirts! Good luck and let me know how it turns out if you try it! :)
