My body.
The itching has been going on for just a week but I itch until I scratch it until I have a burning sensation. During this week as well after sex my lower abdominal and back will hurt, yesterday I started my period a couple days early and last night I had pains as If they were cramps but these were stronger and I was going to throw up the pain was constant for an hour straight.

This sounds like more of an infection than a pregnancy, but as I stated before, I am only someone who gives Advice. I am not a doctor, and can only tell you what I would guess you should do. Rather it is what I would do.
OK, I am assuming that the itching you are talking about is isolated to your vaginal area. If this is the case, I would go to your Gynecologist's and have a pap test. Explain these things to your Gynecologist and ask them to test you. If you have an infection, they can tell you what kind, possible ways you could have gotten it, and hopefully have treatment options.
If the itching is all over your body, or isolated to your breasts, then I would lean towards a pregnancy. Either way you should probably see your Gynecologist as soon as possible.
