Ear infection? Okay so I think I may have an ear infection. Around the back of one of my piercings, the ear is ... well. It looks like a bubble. It's not filled with pus, though, that's all I know.
How do I make it go away? I want to keep the piercing, I just want the stupid bubble to go away.

This isn't an ear infection. An ear infection affects the ear itself, not any piercings on the ear.
What you have is a pretty common problem for piercings. The fact that it isn't filled with pus and you don't mention any pain indicates to me that it's not an infection. A hard lump is most likely something called a keloid scar, which occurs when the skin doesn't heal properly around a piercing.
I'd suggest you either go to your doctor or a reputable piercing studio to get a proper diagnosis and any necessary treatment. ]
