Well, not to that extreme. The point where a female feels pleasure from vaginal penetration is about 4 inches deep. The average male penis is between 5-6 inches. That means most men are equipped to satisfy a woman, minus factors such as experience, stamina, etc. A lot of woman don't end up orgasming from vaginal penetration anyway, and so clitoral stimulation is where a lot of them get off at. That's why lesbians can enjoy sex, even without the aid of toys.
