I got a warning and i dont think its fair
Okay so i got a message from you saying that i violated and did something illegal by giving a 13 year old advice on piercing her nose. No where on the question did it say she was 13 though so i didnt know. Am i really going to get banned for that? I dont wanna get banned over that when i didnt know.

Please send me a copy of the warning you were given. It didn't come from me, and as such I would need to find out which moderator issued it.
Anywho, it is safe to assume that if the person is not listing their age they are 13.
The problem with the answer you gave about self piercing isn't really to do with the person's age in my opinion, but rather the EXTREME health risks of what you are suggesting. A simple staph infection could const a person their life. Death... to save $40 getting a piercing? Pretty sad, don't you think?
