I understand your answer but this happens every time i get my period. I cant afford to go to the doctor so what do i need to do

Katlyn answered Tuesday May 11 2010, 3:46 pm: Well an irregular period usually happens when your under a lot of stress or you have poor nutrition or because you are taking medication while going through your period some other reasons can be over weight or underweight, eating disorders, hormonal imbalance or too much caffeine these are the most common reason try eliminating one of these and see if that helps but if you dont have either then try getting on to birth control it helps keep periods more regulated.
