on AIM some of my friends won't go Idle and they'll be away for a really long time and sometimes even a day. Do you know how I can do that?

I thought it said will go idle. Sorry. I'm pretty sure you can set it as away, and go to settings and there should be something about when to go idle, and you might be able to turn it off there.
