Question Posted Monday April 5 2010, 2:17 pm

my ipod touch wont turn on. when i press the button to turn it on the screen just goes white. It had been working fine like five minutes before that. What should i do? has this been a common problem with this type of ipod?

I've ahd problems similar to this with my iPod Touch. I suggest that you try restarting it by holding the center button until the apple comes up and if that dosent work than you should seek technical support from Apple.
