They look like your typical black, thick-rimmed glasses to me. If you just want them for style and really don't need them to improve your sight, you can buy them at several places. This site has quite a few styles similar to those: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

If you need them in prescription style, there are a lot of places that have them, since they've become pretty popular over the last few years. Try walmart or your local eye doctor.
