I had sex on march fourth, just a little over a week ago. The guy wore a condom but there is definitely a good chance he could have gotten me pregnant because before and after he was wearing it his penis was very close to my vagina and i think there might have been cum on his dick. I know that's irresponsible blah blah blah but he wasnt thinking about how that could get me pregnant and he stopped when i told him to. I was supposed to get my period this thursday afternoon but i didnt start bleeding until late last night (friday). This morning when i woke up my pad was soaked through and there was blood on my pants. I NEVER soak through a pad at night. There's usually just a tiny bit of blood on it, especially the first night. Today I'm in tremendous pain and i have the chills. I hardly ever even get any pain at all when i'm on my period and today i'm just like curled up in my bed in pain. I was wondering if there's any chance that this could be a miscarriage and not my period. I don't even know if miscarriages can happen that early into pregnancy or anything about them really. And any advice on how to make it stop hurting would also be appreciated... PLEASE HELP!
1. The chances of you getting pregnant by his penis just being close to your vagina is HIGHLY unlikely (yet maybe still possible). Firstly, the few sperm cells would need to somehow try and enter your body through your vagina. If one is lucky enough to stay alive, and finally get it, it will need to take a long route to find the egg. Once it has taken the LONG journey of finding the egg, it will need to enter the egg, and fertilise it. The chances of just ONE sperm cell doing this is improbbably (not impossible)
2. Your period can be late, or early. It wont come on the exact date, at the exact time every month.
3. Your period flow can also change. If you are worried about the heavy flow, see your doctor.
4. Period Pain is normal. You can take painkillers for it, but if its really bad- see your doctor.
5. During week 4 of pregnancy, the embryo is about 4 to 5 millimeters long -- a bit less than 1/4 inch. So the size at just over a week is not big enough to do any harm to you (pure assumption).

Yes, it is a miscarriage, they most commonly happen in the first month of pregnancy.
If you're lying in bed, curled up, scremaing in agony, you're most probably having a miscarriage.
This could have happened if you took an emergency contr. pill, although it could happen without it too.
Massive disperse of blood? Definitely miscarriage.
I won't be surprised if you end up vomitting.
I hope you're okay. The pain goes away after a few hours. Panadol, or any period pain relief tablets would work.
What I did that REALLY worked was get into the shower, take the showerhead off. Lie/curl up in there, and just spray hot, hot water all over yourself. It helped SO MUCH for me.
