when and where are justin beiber music video auditions?

hey, i'm an actress/singer and my mom siad that if i could find when and where auditions are for a justin beiber video, i can try out because i am a petite and pretty 15 year old girl.. does anybody know any websites or info on this?

1.Singing has nothing to do with you making the video. No girls sing. They are just there.
2.Your agent would send your picture to him and he looks through all the pictures and finds one he thinks is cute.
