MY WIFE LEFT ME
My wife left me 4 months ago now I feel like I have nothing to live for. While she is able to move on all I do is cry and wish she would come back. We have a son together and I can't even get it together for him. She told me to move on but I don"t want a life with out her. I can't go 5 mins with out thinking about her and I start crying even at work. Sometimes I just want to die because I feel like my life is over

You've got to be strong for your son even though it's tough your life isn't over you've got your son it would be sad if he lost a parent seeing as
he already lost one there isn't much you can do some things aren't meant to be and in your situation you and your wife weren't you can't focus on the past you've got to focus on the future and what's ahead everything happens for a reason you can't change the fact that your wife left you your only option is to try your best to move on there's nothing you can do by wanting to kill yourself you'll be hurting the one's that love you including your son it isn't worth it you need to move on seeing as you thinking about it is affecting your work you can't do your job properly & it's controlling your life you've got to find strength and be strong for your son he needs a father figure seeing as he doesn't have a mother(:
