Hey, you answered my question on Scoliosis before. I'm wondering if your cousin ever experienced any pain? I really don't ever have pain in my back except the usual stuff. I do get constant headaches but I'm 99% sure it's from stress. I'm assuming if I don't have that much pain in my back, that it's not too serious. I think if it were, my doctor would have mentioned something at the time. They never recommended X-rays or anything, just said it was a minor case. Any ideas if I'd need surgery like your cousin?
My cousin was examined at school (every kid was examined) and they referred her to a doctor who took her x rays and they decided she would need surgery. If you feel uneasy, I suggest seeing a specialist and requesting x rays. Then you can physically see your curvature.
A good tip off is if your scoliosis is noticeable. My cousin's posture was leaned to a certain side and you could easily tell.
I'm not a doctor so the only way you can know for sure is to see one.
