Go to the thrift store, salvation army, or a consignment store. Her clothes seem to be vintage and worn, so those places are great for clothes like that. You could dig through old clothes your mom has or take clothes you have now and tear them, throw bleach on them, etc.
She seems to wear black lace tights a lot, so you could invest in a pair of those and use them in different looks.
Other pieces she seems to wear a lot is leather jackets, black combat boots, and ray ban wayfarer style sun glasses.
She also wears oversized tops, so maybe shopping in the mens department (t-shirts) would be helpful.
If you want to emulate her make up,she wears smokey dark eye shadows and smudges her eye liner.
Usually she doesn't go too far with accesories but she'll wear either a big statement type necklace or a dainty one like strand of pearls. She wears the cloth headbands tied up on the top of her head as well.
