just one problem...

Question Posted Sunday January 24 2010, 5:31 pm

Ok so there is this guy that I was flirting with at a party and we connected like it was amazing. I had such a good time. I dont think I've ever talked to a guy like him. There's just one problem...he has a girlfriend. They've been going out for a few years. However I hear that they dont even really like each other anymore since its been so long. They're seniors and I'm a junior. She tells him he can hook up with other girls...nice relationship? Its really weird and I would never go out of my way for someone else's guy but I seriously think us together would be soo good.I could tell he was so into me and I thought it was strange considering he has a gf so he had to really like me. Any tips? What should I do? Thaaanks.

Don't believe a word of it. Going out with a girl for a few years usually means they have a good strong relationship, NOT that they are tired of each other.

A lot of teen boys, not all but a lot of them, will say & act like they are into you just to get a little action on the side. Heck, not just teen boys, men do the same thing. A girl does not give permission for her boyfriend to "hook up" with other girls. If that's coming from him, its a line.

Don't get involved. Not until he is free of all other relationships.
