Niinakins answered Wednesday December 30 2009, 11:13 pm: hey a good place to start being healthy is haveing a right attitude about it and eating a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner for a while. let your body take in your diffrent eating habbits (oh and if i may.. i recomend eating alot of greens anything green (vegtibal wise) :pand drinking A LOT of water) ok and after about 4 days of heating healthy start doing exersize. dancing burns tons of calories and running or simply walking around your block. :) :) hope i helpped. -nina.
