I feel like crap I really want to get healthy, my problem is; I don't know where to start...
I just need some advice on supplements/vitamins & minerals - and/or food that would significantly help me.
If anyone knows a great way to get healthy and feeling good everyday, please, inform me about certain things which could help out.

Start small. Begin with taking long walks, and slowly building up to long runs. Or begin lifting small weights and build up to heavier. Vitimin D is what I take and it promotes hair and nail growth. If you take a type of Prenatal pill it has Vitimin D. Prenatal pills can be taken if you are or aren't pregnate. Hope that helps you! ]
hey a good place to start being healthy is haveing a right attitude about it and eating a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner for a while. let your body take in your diffrent eating habbits (oh and if i may.. i recomend eating alot of greens anything green (vegtibal wise) :pand drinking A LOT of water) ok and after about 4 days of heating healthy start doing exersize. dancing burns tons of calories and running or simply walking around your block. :) :) hope i helpped. -nina. ]
