Hello sir first of all thanks for replying me. I want to know will my sex life disrupted when i am having sex with my wife in future such as sperm count less or something like that happen due to masturbation i mean here that i am self satisfied and wasted my resource for past 6 years so that only i am asking will it create any problem in future.Moreover people say that one who masturbate get lean and it may cause nervous problem is it so? please give me your answer i am expecting your advice ..

your body is constantly producing sperm, so that won't be a problem. and i havent heard of any problems being caused by masturbation except sometimes, it can cause a slight erectile disfunction. my boyfriend was on a "schedule" i guess you might call it, and he only masturbated once a month. and whenever we'd try to have sex, he couldnt get up. so he started doing it more often, and everything was okay after that. but i guess thats not really counted as a problem. the only other REAL problem ive heard of is that you can get too addicted and it can cause problems with your work and stuff. (like you get the major urge to while you're at work, and so you shirk your resposibilites) but as long as you have it totally under control, this wont be a problem either. :)
