iTunes?
Is there any way to separate 2 self-titled albums by the same band in iTunes without changing their names? I've filled out the year for both, but even arranging it by "Album by Year" still groups both albums as one. My iPod doesn't separate the two albums, either,and it's very annoying.
Is there any way to fix this?

You can try putting track numbers on each, and putting one as "Disc 1 of 2" and the other as "Disc 2 of 2". That will arrange them in order, but that's probably not what you want to do. The only other way is by editing the name of one of the albums, or maybe naming the album as "**Name of Album** (year)" and the other one as "**Name of Album** (other year)"
